Welcome to One Life: A Christmas Story Ballet, a new story for Christmas based on the old story of St. Nicholas. After losing his parents at a young age, Nicholas has to decide what to do with his life. Like all of us, Nicholas realizes that he has just one life to live. But if he lives it right, one life is all he will need.
This “meltingly beautiful” ballet is based on the book, St. Nicholas: The Believer, by Eric & Lana Elder, adapted for stage by Cynthia Dewar, Erin-Elizabeth Morton & Eric Elder, and performed by the dancers of the South Carolina Christian Dance Theater.

The show is based on the book St. Nicholas: The Believer written by Eric and Lana Elder. The book has been turned into an award-winning ballet, a hit Christmas musical, and now an Italian puppet opera!
The ballet has won the following film awards in Chicago and Istanbul (the home country of the real St. Nicholas!)
